Parkour is defined as the method of moving from one place to another in the fastest most efficient way possible for your body. This makes Parkour individual specific. We at Motus Crucis Parkour have benefited so drastically from this art form and have been so deeply inspired that we have come to share it with the DMV area.

Expand Your Skills

Wall Run Technique

One-on-One Instruction

100% of the coaches attention dedicated to the student. With this option you can grow 5x faster then the average group session. This is by far the fastest way to achieve Parkour mastery.

Time slot will be an hour

Group Instruction (Beginner)

Humble beginnings

In this class we start you from the very bottom of the parkour skill tree. This will focus on balance, landings, movement quality, bail options, fundamental coordination and foundational parkour techniques. Participants can test out of this class if they feel as though they are in the wrong skill bracket.
